Title: Field Service Representative Tactical Logistics Data Digitization (TLDD)
Field Service Representative (FSR) roles and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Familiarity with Tactical Logistics Data Digitization (TLDD) required.
- Familiarity with Army ULLS and SAMS desired.
- Warranty equipment support, to include all involved tracking, shipping, and receiving of equipment that is involved.
- CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) training is preferred.
- Problem Resolution Support.
- Assess user problems and develop corrective courses of action.
- Assist the user with resolving on-site user problems. Document and report problems and remedial actions taken to the APM TLDD Office.
- Perform warrantee management, system integration (loading and reloading software onto Tactical Logistics Data Digitization {TLDD} and related equipment), installation and equipment setup and initialization. When TLDD is established at a geographic location; utilization of the deployable TLDD communications kit when units are in the field or as requested by PM TLDD; loading TLDD software onto equipment including PDA’s and laptops; loading server software on ETM-I network servers; and TLDD field users with the solutions to problems.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting and corrections.
- Coordinate maintenance correction of system problems, and support all TLDD hardware and software on fielded sites.
- Work with other contractors as required.
- Must be willing to support a U.S. Army a Stryker Brigade Combat Team Unit in Iraq. Hazardous duty rates apply while if deployed to Iraq and for the period of time deployed to Iraq.
- Support Activities To Be Conducted IAW Government Direction:
- Maintain log of customer close out signatures for completed actions.
- Create and maintain on-site records of all inspections conducted and necessary corrective action taken.
- Train users on TLDD software and hardware.
- Schedule users for TLDD training, establishing user classrooms, organizing unit personnel attending TLDD training during fielding and other times as necessary; site surveys; equipment transfer;
- Coordination
- Serve as the POC’s for all TLDD related actions, and provide routine feedback to APM TLDD.
- Assist with TLDD fielding activities, such as, site surveys, user surveys, classroom establishment and maintenance, equipment inventory and accountability, property book transfers.
- Coordination with PMO, users, unit leadership, and other vendors.
Title: Logistician
Logistician responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Experience providing logistics program planning, administration, and implementation support. Working with and report to Government administration.
- Ability to represent product to other Government organizations and field leadership. Representation will include briefings, coordination, collaboration, scheduling, and other activities as directed by the Government.
- Oversight, monitoring, and reporting to APM Office on fieldings to include site surveys, hardware integration, property transfers, training schedules, training execution, establishment of on-site operations (to include refresher and sustainment training), generation of reports, meetings and other oversight activities as directed by the Government.
- Responsible for: (1) the consolidation of weekly reports from the FSRs into a Monthly Status Report, (2) weekly verbal and written report, (3) delivery of a support strategy that can be used as an SOP for the FSRs.
- Work with other contractors, including the prime development contractor, to include planning and execution, as directed by the Government.
- Act as primary liaison between the PMO, FSRs, users and leadership in the field.
- Experience with and proficiency using MS Office tools including Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio and other COTS software tools to prepare PowerPoint briefings, Schedules, Milestone charts, MS Word documents and other documents that may be used to brief, coordinate and collaborate with other Government organizations.
- Must have current knowledge of the new DoD Directive 5000; Army Regulation Army regulations 700-127, 700-134, 700-142, 738-750; DA Pamphlet 700-142; FM 40.30.3. current DA Logistics Policies; possesses the current working knowledge necessary to plan and execute the AR-700-134 logistics materiel release process requirements; and the experience necessary to support preparation and approval of high-level logistics program documentation .
- Must be familiar with and work in accordance with Army regulation 700-127, 700-134, 700-142, 738-750, DA PAM 700-142, and FM 40.30.3.
- Knowledge of the Tactical Logistics Data Digitization (TLDD); 802.11b or 802.11g communications systems, VSAT communications system, and STAMIS a plus.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Willing to train on specific product and system.
